Horrible app rewrite

I dont know what these idiots were thinking when they redesigned the app. It feels like any other useless blog site, instead of the old magazine feeling. Theres no continuity, no direction in the app. Its total chaos, instead of being the useful publication it used to be. Epic fail, people... try doing some focus testing next time. Ill be cancelling my subscription, what a shame I enjoyed this before they screwed with it.

App Crashes Every Time I Try to Log In

I wish I could properly review this app, but it crashes every time I try to login in. A waste of money.

New app is terrible

Ive tried numerous times to log in and have been unsuccessful. Customer support is also useless, they just keep emailing me back telling me to do the same things that Ive told them doesnt work. I will not be renewing my subscription.

5 star for the content and paper mag, 1 star for the app

This review is only for the app. I am in love with the magazine and is both a paper subscriber and also became a digital subscriber. The app is a very very basic ereader worthy of 2009 first gen iPad apps. Was there any testing done? The restore purchases button is totally useless so we cant even login. This is a 6 month old iPad Air 2 with clean ios10. 1) as a iTunes subscriber, there isnt even a way to log in any more... what do I do? The instruction to validate login does not work even after reinstall of the app. I cant access any content. Overall I feel this app does not do justice to the tremendous writers and great content in the magazine. I am a big fan of the mag but for a good example of a good iPad mag app, see the Wireds implementation. This app overall leaves me yearning for the paper mag... Much to be desired.

They ruined a perfectly good app

What happened? Im getting ready to leave the country for three weeks and went out to make sure I had all the latest Incs to read. Not only are all my old issues gone, but the app is almost unusable. Takes all the pleasure of flipping through a magazine away. Cant navigate in any reasonable way. This is not a case of not being willing to adapt to something new, this is just bad design. At least give us the option of using the old app style and introduce the new version as an alternative to see if people really want it.

So Disappointed

A few days after signing up for subscription and downloading back issues, the app disappeared and the new interface is more like a web site than a magazine. Will not renew unless this is fixed.

Perfectly good and unique interface... Gone

Just changed my auto-renew to "Off". The app was perfect the way it was. Consider segregating the app if you want something to feed in daily news; but people like flipping/swiping through the magazine. Please fix this ASAP.

ruined my magazine app

They need to rewind this app. I lost all my archived magazines and articles. There is no good way to navigate the magazine. I cant flip through it like I used to. Also, there is no good way to save articles for future reference.

I just knew everyone in the world hated it...

As soon as I started trying to use this absolutely terrible upgrade, I knew I wasnt alone. I will cancel my subscription if the app does not revert back to a usable, intuitive interface. I want a digital equivalent of your print magazine, not your website on the app, I have two browsers for that. Just copy Fast Companys current app and stop trying to make this any "better".

This App just crashes when open the magazine or sign in. Move on , nothing to see here.

Useless update

Magazines will not open up, and it is a frustrating update to continue reading. I am unsubscribing immediately in order not to support such an incompetent team who ruin something that was working perfectly fine. I just hit my auto renew to off. Reading magazines was a wonderful experience earlier. Now it is confusing and you cannot flip through the magazine pages anymore... Whoever did the testing on this app should be fired immediately.

Love the new app!

Ive always loved Incs print magazine but the old app was really hard to read on my iPhone. I love reading in the new app & the 5 daily stories are the first thing I check on my phone every day. Im glad print subscribers dont have to pay extra. Good job, Inc!

LOVE THE NEW INC APP!!

The new app is amazing- I can easily access daily content from the inc.com plus each magazine issues articles. Also loving that I can download any article for offline reading.

Upgraded App is Terrible and Inc support is even worse!

All of a sudden past downloaded issues disappeared, when I try download again it says its unavailable and Inc support keep sending a link to the same page to download from the archive which does not work. So much for a magazine that reports on effective business! Wake up Inc!!!!
